Originally, I intended to keep this blog entirely in Thai, but I have decided to change my mind.. at least for this one post. This post is for a very good friend of mind, who was let go from the company. You know who you are.. and this is for you…

You had your beliefs, and you stood behind them and your decisions. You were able to pull off the impossible that nobody was able to do. You worked with little resources that was available to you, and you managed to take it to the end. Even though some people pretended to ignore that fact, you know in your heart what you had accomplished, and that is all that matters. You had taken your tasks more seriously than anyone that I know. You went above… and beyond… You had earned my greatest respect.. not only as my boss, but also as a friend.. a very close friend.. I want to let you know that it was a great honor to work with you and to personally know you… I am thankful.. for having you as a boss, a coworker, and even more importantly, a friend… Keep moving on.. great things happen to those who believe in themselves and work hard for their beliefs… and you are one of those..

And remember, whatever goes around… comes around..
