It’s been raining for the past 3 days, and it looks like it will continue for another 2-3 days or so. This totally blows my workout plan this week. It’s pretty sad, as I was doing so well for the past 2 weeks. Oh, and I’m not using rain as my excuse not to go! I totally don’t want to be drenched then catch cold and not be able to go for another 2 weeks (honest! I’ve been getting up at 6:20 for the past 2 days just to look outside and find that it’s raining cats and dogs!). With my current amount of (increased) food consumption (which I have been trying to shove down my throat), I would become a blimp in no time if I don’t get to burn them
I have to meet with a friend at my office today to come up with the syllabus for a class. Hopefully, the rain will die down a little, and I will be able to bike to school (wishful thinking). In the meanwhile, I’m going to work on making sure trackback works on my blog…
Edit: Testing trackback to my own post…

Hello,
I just wanted to pop in and let you know that the pingback didn’t come through on my blog (found your link via Technorati and discovered you were, indeed, testing your trackbacks).
On another note, it’s been raining a lot where I am as well so it’s been difficult for me to go out for exercise. Are there any work out routines you can do indoors? I actually went and purchased a nice workout DVD that allows me to get some cardio training in, so when it rains, that’s what I use.

Thank you very much for the information. I found your site to be very informative! =D
I just started working out recently, so I haven’t really done much homework to learn any routines. So for the past couple of days, I’ve been doing abs crunches, sit-ups, legs liftings, etc.. while it rains.

Make sure you stay out of the rain and hope you wont catch a flu this time of the year…
